MPO77 Terms & Conditions

MPO77 ("MPO77", "the Platform", "we", "our") is an online casino and sports betting platform that offers gambling-related entertainment services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, crash games, and lottery-style products. MPO77 operates under the domain mpo77.casa and is designed primarily for use by players located in Malaysia.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the MPO77 platform, including registered members and any visitor who accesses any portion of the site. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

MPO77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on MPO77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. MPO77 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy across all products and services. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds returned in accordance with applicable policy.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of MPO77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a self-excluded Player who has requested account closure or exclusion through MPO77's responsible gambling tools.
• You must not already hold an active Account on MPO77. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any outstanding bonuses forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of MPO77 or any of its affiliated entities.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. MPO77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify MPO77 immediately via our live chat support. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security.

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The existence of multiple accounts in the same name, household, device, or IP address may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account credentials may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• MPO77 reserves the right to verify Account information at any time by requesting supporting documentation such as a national identification card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement.

MPO77 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment channels for real-money deposits. Accepted deposit methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC20), and Ethereum (ETH).

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 for Malaysian payment methods; equivalent of USDT 20 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Maximum Deposit: Up to RM30,000 per transaction for bank and FPX methods. E-wallet transactions may be subject to provider-imposed caps (typically RM5,000 per transaction). Cryptocurrency deposits have no maximum cap imposed by MPO77.
• Currency: All deposits are received and held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain.
• Processing Time: DuitNow and e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon sufficient network confirmations.
• No Third-Party Deposits: Players may only deposit using payment accounts or wallets registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where identifiable.
• Deposit Fees: MPO77 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply their own transaction fees, for which MPO77 bears no responsibility.

MPO77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in cases where large or unusual transactions are detected. This is part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. MPO77 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Target processing time of under 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX: Target processing time of 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Target processing time of 15–60 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: Target processing time of 5–30 minutes depending on network conditions.

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Exceptions may be granted at MPO77's discretion.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• MPO77 reserves the right to apply a maximum single withdrawal limit and to pay large withdrawal amounts in tranches. Players will be notified in such cases.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or suspended pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML policy violations.

MPO77 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and the referral program. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x depending on the bonus tier chosen.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain slot categories may carry reduced contribution rates. Full contribution tables are published on individual promotion pages.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM50 (or equivalent). Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in use may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Unused bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Abuse: MPO77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus amounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, exploitation of promotional terms, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other activity that MPO77 reasonably determines to be dishonest or manipulative.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the MPO77 platform. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially motivated criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or unauthorised sources.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to interact with the platform other than via a standard web browser or officially sanctioned mobile application.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and may be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any component of the MPO77 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward MPO77 staff or other players.
• Engaging in charge-back or dispute of transactions with your bank or payment provider in bad faith, without first raising the matter with MPO77 support.

All content on the MPO77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of MPO77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the MPO77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of the platform without express written consent from MPO77.
• Use any MPO77 branding, trademarks, logos, or trade names in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the MPO77 website on another domain without explicit permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of MPO77 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims for damages or injunctive relief.

MPO77 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be regarded as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

MPO77 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, betting access is automatically suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify players after a specified duration of continuous gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (7–180 days) or permanent account exclusion at any time via live chat or account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MPO77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the platform.

In particular, MPO77 shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server failure, third-party service disruption, or force majeure events beyond MPO77's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional details.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or any other banking or e-wallet service.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any tax obligations arising from a Player's winnings in their jurisdiction of residence. Players are solely responsible for any tax reporting obligations related to gambling winnings.

Where MPO77's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MPO77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Player.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any prohibited purpose.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Abuse of promotions, bonuses, or the referral program.
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player in bad faith.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or request from a law enforcement authority.
• At the Player's own request via the self-exclusion process.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which MPO77 is licensed and registered to operate.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and MPO77, the Player should first contact MPO77's support team via live chat to seek informal resolution. MPO77 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and in good faith.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the complaint being formally lodged, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available under MPO77's licensing framework.

• MPO77 maintains full records of all account activity, transactions, wagers, and communications. In the event of a factual dispute, MPO77's server records shall be deemed conclusive evidence in the absence of manifest error.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Disputes regarding game outcomes shall be referred to the output of the RNG system as recorded in MPO77's game logs.

MPO77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes to these Terms, MPO77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a notification on the platform or via the email address registered to your Account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the MPO77 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting MPO77 support.
